The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Venice, on the fifth and last floor of a building; this has allowed, through the laying bare of the wooden structure of the roof and the restoration of the attics, to give the house a new breath and look at the city. The nuances of the water colours of the lagoon that can be seen in the distance have been a reference in the formulation of some solutions and details. Particular attention was paid to the realization of the interior spaces, especially for details and finishes, respecting on one hand the significant historical pre-existences and, performing on the other hand interventions to integrate the needs of a modern living.
